Rainy Sunday

Chill. Rainy Sunday. The blazer keeps me warm. :)

Floral Collar

At the office. Get some good fashion advice from a dear office mate ;)

Before, i wear the floral collar with necklace. But she thought it would be better to button up the shirt and tuck my hair up. I agree. It looks cuter, right? :)

Gloomy Day

Today is so gloomy. I can hardly wake up from my slumber. I have to. Works await.
No time to pick nice wardrobe. Just grabbed anything in the same hue and pull it together.
Luckily I choose just the right ones. Especially the MYE tweed jacket. So comfy and warm.

So there I go. Getting through one packed day. From 09.30 to 18.00. Still, so excited to do the photo shoot. Thanks to a friend, who captured these. ;)

- Black & white shirt form Atmosphere. Got it on discount at Metro, like 3 or 4 years ago..

- Grey pants from Atmosphere. I like this brand much!

- Black wedges, Bata.

Double Date!

Last Saturday night, finally I get to meet Antci. She's also a fashion lover. Her blog describe it very well.

We have this project but haven't got any time to meet. Two busy ladies, and two busy boyfriends. ;)

Had a great conversation. Really hope the project be launched soon! *excited*

Rainy Family Day :)

Happy Sunday readers!

Today is one rainy and cold Sunday. So I decide to wear a dress with a coat to make me warm. I had a good day :) After heartwarming service at Church, I went to one of my Aunt's Birthday. There we are, about 35 person, and that's not complete yet ;) Ah. So thankful for today.. :)

Gotta Move on from Pink!

I've been always love the color pink. Now, it seems age-inappropriate for me. Like this pink-black anya two tone UP wedges which I love. It's hated by close friends, mom and boyfriend. *he hates it so bad he asked me not to wear it when I'm with him* :p

On second thought. I might made a mistake. Especially when wearing that shoes with this khaki jeggings. Haha. Fashion crime. And I didn't realize until the day is ended. Oh well, I guess it's a lesson. Not going to repeat it. :p

One Fine Date with Myself ;)

Odd combination: Washed out old jeans, Batik Keris shirt, XSML maroon cardigan,  Nevada slipper, gym bag!

That day, I'm having a date with myself. ;) Started with Pilates and Bosu Yoga Class, quick KFC lunch and watching Smurf, movie that induced happy childhood memories.

That day I wore an odd combination of clothes. I'm running out of clothes, because I recently moved to a rented room near my work place and I don't bring enough clothes. :p Aside from the odd clothing, I still have a good time :)

I think either single or in relationship, one need some "me time", quality time spent with oneself. Why? By being alone, we're challenged to deal with positive and negative emotions. Once we're good on doing that, we tend to feel comfortable being ourselves. When we're being ourselves, we'll make a good partner. Because we can handle our own emotion, not depending on the partner. *IMHO*

What do you think? Do you spare some "me time" ?

New Friends, New Colors..

Hello!
Been a while! I have so much stories to tell! Let me start with this "project" I'm so excited about. :)
Well, can't tell detail. Better wait 'till it's launched. This project require me and my partner, Nadya to read and write a lot about relationship. A topic, we both passionate about. I'm so excited!

Through this project, I met new people. Interesting personalities, nice friends. Not only a fun and competent partner to work with, but also also a good friend. :) Here are some picture of them, at Vin + Arcadia, Alexis birthday dinner.

Beside new project and new friends, recently I've added new things in my life. New colors. In my closet to be exact. When I go through my clothes, I see a lot of black, grey and white. Very few bright colors available. Therefore, I tried to spice it up a bit with these  cottonink collection. Here are some pictures of me trying them out. As I type this, I can't help my self to browse, and maybe buy another cottonink goods :D

Silly-Lovely Night with Wave of 10 Gals

Been a while since our last hang out.. So happy to meet them.  2.5 hours I spent on the way to FX are worth it. :) The random karaoke playlist was so much fun! From old Indonesian songs, house music, to the newest R 'n B songs. I guess I burnt some calories there! :p Not to mention the inspiring chit-chat bout vacations. *we should took a road trip sometimes, gals!* Love the pictures taken from Ismi's iPhone..

One Sweet Day

I had a very sweet day. I began yesterday with a sleepy taxi ride to the launching of  Plot Point a place where you can get various writing related courses. It's founded by a group of young passionate writers. One of them is my collage friend and she asked me to open expressive writing class. So I'm one of the tutor for Expressive Writing course, very excited about it.

After the launching, Ismi, one of my "wave of ten" gals picked me up and off we went to Starbucks, Plaza Senayan. I love the gals so much. We've been friends for almost 7 years now. We've been through a lot. Struggling, laughing, crying, quarreling, and back to laughing. We have ups and down, good and bad times, yet we're still in contact 'till now. At least we meet about once a month or once every two months. I can be myself whenever I'm with them. We can be ourselves in this warm homey group of gals. I'm being sentimental, hehehehe..  Anyway, I wanna comment on our style. Each of us have our own style. Me, with my mature style, Indah with her sexy-flirtatious style, Riri in her classic wardrobe, Anna in her casual style, the edgy Dita and girly Anda plus the teenage-look-a-like Ismi (not in the picture). Cute picture, I like! Thanks to Riri's hi-tech i phone. :)

After a fun talk-laugh and tour around the mall, my boyfie picked my up. Miss him much! We haven't been in contact for 6 days! After that we went to Kamseng restaurant to have a yummy porridge late dinner and hang out with my other friends. At about 12 a.m, me, boyfie and 2 of my BFFs drove to meet Nonita, the birthday girl. After a short yet fun chit chat and photo session, we went home. Well, my boyfie drove three of us home. He was still tired from the 'camp' yet he managed to meet me, want to hang out with my friends and drove us home. Very thoughtful of him! I'm a lucky girl.. Hihihi.. Well, now you now why I called this day One Sweet Day.. :)

I'm trying a new look, wearing a shawl. I like this shawl, there's many ways to wear it.

I wear it on a one full day with my bf. Lunch with his family and then catch a movie with his brother and brother's gf. What I'm wearing is very warm & comfortable. It suit my bf car's AC which is very very cold. ☺

LD 220909 : Shopping with Mum

Today my Mum and Dad ask me to accompany Mum looking for a decent party clothes. So we (Me, Peter, Mum & Dad) go to Metro PIM.

After one lap and few times fitting we finally get mummy a nice blouse ☺. And then Dad treat us a yummy dinner at Radja Ketjil followed by J-cool frozen yogurt. Oh, Dad also bought me beautiful earings and necklace. We're heading home after grabbing Burger King's Whopper to go.

Nice family day. Love it.

I wore my Grandpa's shirt (it's surprisingly comfortable!), logo jeans, nuvoue sandals and black bag. I love the colors. I rarely wears colorful items. Black, white, grey and brown are my regular color. Earlier today I was tidying my closet and realized that I only have a few colorful item. Well, should be wear colors more often :)

We had another double date with Dita and Evert, this time we watched Terminator: Salvation. What a cool movie! I enjoyed it :) The actors are HOT! *oops, forgot the name, the one that is Marcus*.

I tried to made some picture variation. So I took a series of picture and here they are. It was taken by my Sonny Ericsson K 610i cell phone. I did it my self with help from self timer mode. :) After that I edited it a bit, giving it a vintage look so it wouldn't be so boring. I also try a new pose. I did it after another hectic yet exciting day at campus. What do you think? :)
